Imaging3 Hosts Conference Call Regarding FDA Status

Burbank, CA – January 12, 2010 – Imaging3™, Inc. (OTCBB: IMGG), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, conducted a Conference Call on Tuesday, January 12, 2010 at 1:00 Pacific Standard Time. During the call, CEO Dean Janes discussed the company’s recent response from the FDA. The announcement was followed by a question and answer session in which Mr. Janes took questions.
